Website design for a charity that provide inclusive activities and opportunities for children and young adults of all abilities

BrandFuel were commisioned to redesign Phab's rather old and tired looking website. The main challenges were clear from the outset. The site itself needed to house a lot of content and had to incorporate a number of accessibility features due to the target user. It also had to have a content management system that was easy for digitally illiterate admin volunteers to work with.

As the lead designer I was tasked with designing everything from the user experience to the user interface. I also had to source and liase with a suitable developer that had the appropriate skills to translate the designs into the final product.

Constant client communication, user testing and running workshops was key to the success of this project. This collaborative process was imperative to enable us to develop a site that would overcome previous challenges and provide Phab with a site that was on brief and give them a platform to promote their fantastic charity work.
